How WifiMoneyProductions LLC handles information submitted through this website, the project inquiry flow, and client accounts.
Information We Collect
We collect what you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and project details submitted through the contact form, the project inquiry flow, review submissions, and client portal accounts. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, which is used only to keep the site working properly.
How Information Is Used
Your information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support projects, issue invoices, manage client accounts, and send service-related emails. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Payment Information
WifiMoneyProductions LLC never sees or stores your full card details. All card processing is handled by Stripe, a certified payment processor. We retain only records of what was invoiced and paid.
Data Storage & Security
Information is stored in a secured database with access controls, so that each client account can only reach its own records. Files you upload are stored privately and shared through time-limited links. No system is perfectly secure, but access is kept as narrow as possible.
Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate the platform — hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies & Sessions
The site uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember a project inquiry you have started. These are functional only; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Inquiry, project, and billing records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and tax record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
Your Choices
You can request a copy of the information you have submitted, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing jecomforbusiness@gmail.com or calling 615-663-1257. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time; account and billing notices will still be sent while your account is active.
Children's Privacy
This website and its services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the platform grows. The version posted on this page is the current one, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
