These terms govern use of the WifiMoneyProductions LLC website, client portal, and related digital services. By using this site or creating an account, you agree to them.
Use of This Website
You may browse this site, submit inquiries, and use the client portal for their intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to access other accounts or data, no interference with how the site runs, no automated scraping, and no uploading of unlawful or harmful content.
Accounts
Client portal accounts are for the account holder and their authorized team. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend an account that is being misused or that has unpaid balances.
Quotes, Invoices & Payment
Quotes are estimates based on the scope described at the time and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Work begins once the agreed deposit or invoice is paid. Invoices are due on the date shown. Unpaid balances may pause work, hosting, or maintenance until settled.
Monthly Fee
The Monthly Fee is an ongoing service billed in advance each month at the amount agreed for your account. It renews automatically until you contact us to stop it. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the paid period; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
No Refunds
All payments to WifiMoneyProductions LLC are final and non-refundable. The Refund & Cancellation Policy on this site forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The W.M.P. name, logo, mascot, site design, and written content belong to WifiMoneyProductions LLC. Deliverables produced for a client transfer to that client once the project is paid in full, except for third-party components, licensed assets, and any reusable tools or internal frameworks W.M.P. developed and continues to own. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment processing, and email delivery. Those services have their own terms and pricing, and W.M.P. is not responsible for outages, changes, or fees imposed by them.
Warranty Disclaimer
This website and its services are provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular business result from a project.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WifiMoneyProductions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to during the three months before the claim arose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to These Terms
