Project & Development Terms
How WifiMoneyProductions LLC scopes, delivers, revises, and supports development projects. These terms apply to every project unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Scope of Work
Every project starts with a written scope covering what is being built, what is included, and what it costs. Anything not listed in that scope is considered new work. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and added only after you approve them.
Revisions
Each project stage includes a reasonable round of revisions to refine what was built against the agreed scope. Revisions are for adjusting delivered work — not for adding new features or changing direction after approval. Additional rounds or redirection are billed as added work. Clients on the Monthly Fee also receive one revision request per month on their live site.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and on receiving what we need from you on time. Delays in content, access, approvals, or feedback move the delivery date accordingly. If we expect a delay on our side, we will tell you as soon as we know.
Client Responsibilities
To keep a project moving you agree to provide the content, images, logins, and account access we need, to review and respond to work sent for approval in a reasonable time, and to designate one main point of contact for decisions. You confirm that any content you give us is yours to use.
Approvals
Work sent for approval is treated as accepted once you approve it or after ten business days without a response. Changes to approved work are handled as new requests.
Payment & Milestones
Projects are typically billed with a deposit up front and the balance at agreed milestones or on completion. Work may pause when an invoice is past due. All payments are final and non-refundable; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Ownership & Handover
Once a project is paid in full, the final deliverables built specifically for you are yours. Third-party components, licensed assets, and reusable tools or internal frameworks developed by W.M.P. remain owned by their respective owners and are provided to you under license for use in your project. Accounts, files, and access details are handed over at completion.
Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Costs
Hosting, domains, plugins, licenses, and similar third-party costs are yours unless the quote says they are included. We will always tell you about a required cost before it is incurred.
Inactive Projects
If we do not hear from you for 30 days on an active project, it may be marked inactive and returned to the schedule when you are ready. Restarting an inactive project may require rescheduling and, in some cases, an updated quote.
Post-Launch Support
Every launch includes a short period to fix defects in the delivered work. Ongoing updates, monitoring, security upkeep, priority support, and small adjustments are covered by the Monthly Fee. Questions about support can go to jecomforbusiness@gmail.com or 615-663-1257.
